Ingredients:
- 4 ounces plain whole milk yogurt (Use plain whole-milk yogurt for the creamiest texture—or make your own with our Homemade Yogurt Recipe!)
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- 1/3 cup honey
Directions:
- Warm the honey gently on the stove — just enough to loosen it so it mixes easily.
- In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and honey until smooth and well combined.
- Split the vanilla bean pod lengthwise and scrape out the tiny seeds with the back of a dull knife. Add the seeds to the yogurt mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into your Whynter ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
