
Frozen Margarita
A frozen margarita is a summer essential—tangy, icy, and unmistakably festive. This easy version is perfect for entertaining or cooling off after a hot day. Salted rims add a classic finish, and you can adjust the firmness to your liking with your Whynter ice cream maker.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup tequila
- ½ cup triple sec
- 1 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
- ¼ cup water
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into the bowl of your Whynter ice cream maker.
- Freeze for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the mixture reaches your preferred slushy consistency.
- While the mixture is freezing, rub the rims of 6 glasses with a lemon wedge and dip them in salt.
- Scoop the frozen margarita into the prepared glasses and serve immediately.
